Juan José specializes in M&A, real estate, corporate, and commercial and civil law, providing strategic advice to a wide range of clients. His expertise focuses on M&A transactions, private equity, venture capital, and internal corporate reorganization processes. Additionally, he has built a distinguished track record in managing and resolving disputes between partners and shareholders.
